I started working out as a way to keep moving forward after sports injuries, health issues, and the various hardships of life. When life feels off or things start going wrong, I know I can walk into the gym, knock out a lift, and reset. Training helps me clear my head, stay consistent, and choose a better outlet—because let’s be honest, there are plenty of worse ones out there.

The gym doesn’t fix everything, but it gives me something I can control. It’s where I find clarity, discipline, and the push to keep showing up—even when everything in me wants to quit.

Before launching 521 Brand, I spent several years designing and building products for industries like music and photography—fields where quality, comfort, and performance aren’t optional. That work taught me how to create gear that lasts under pressure.

Now I bring that same expertise into the gym. I combine hands-on design experience with real training insight to build gear that holds up—no gimmicks, just American-made products you can count on.
